A precision load of sintered mechanical pieces for further manipulations is needed. Pieces can be stacked or not: the system must autonomously manage the grip from multiple supply belts.
A SCARA robot, driven by three vision systems 2.5D, allows to collect pieces ( stacked or not ). A fourth vision system precisely measures the piece’s position after the grip, to balance any error out, letting a high precision orientation possible.
